How to factory reset the Gen 2 router:
- Power on the router and wait for it to fully boot up (about 2–3 minutes).
- Locate the Reset pinhole on the back or side of the router.
- Use a paperclip or a similar thin object to press and hold the button.
- Hold it for exactly 10 seconds until the indicator lights start flashing.
- Release the button. Wait about 3 minutes for the router to fully reboot to its factory state.
