How to get the IMEI from your Insty POE Modem Print

To get your IMEI:

1.) Log into the modem/antenna dashboard.  You can visit the antenna dashboard directly at: http://192.168.225.1 in your browser, or from your Gen 2 Quick Dashboard, click on the "Modem/Antenna Dashboard" 

2.) Click on the Software Update / Support Tools button

3.) The IMEI should appear in this page near the top:

If you don't see the IMEI in this page, your modem needs to be updated.  The next time it's linked up to an active internet source, the antenna should download the update.  You can try to manually update using the "software update" button - but this will ONLY work if your antenna has an active cellular connection and internet is active.
