How to get the modem's system log.

1.) From the Quick dashboard, click on the "Modem Dashboard" button

If you are not using our router, go to the modem dashboard directly using the modem's URL, which is normally http://192.168.225.1/

2.) From the modem dashboard, click on Software Update/Support Tools

3.) Click on the Debug Console button near the bottom

When asked for the debug password, use mywarrantyisvoid to gain access to the debug console.

4.) Click on the "Download Log" button to download the full log text to your computer or device.

5.) Create or edit your Support Ticket and attach the log to your ticket using the Attachments portion:

As an alternative option, you can select all of the text in the debug window, and then paste that text into the "System Log" field in the ticket as well.
